To make your stay safe and pleasant, and to ensure compliance with applicable laws, we have the following terms of stay. By booking a room offered by Polika in any property, you agree to abide by these rules.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time is 1 pm
• Check-out time is 11 am
• We are open to accommodate changes in these times wherever possible.
• Please check with us a day in advance, to confirm on such changes.
• ID proof for all guests is a must. Please carry Voter ID, Aadhar Card, Driving License or Passport.

Kitchen & Food

• If you need anything from the Kitchen, please inform the caretaker or manager.
• We do not offer Kitchen usage by guests directly, as our facilities are not planned that way.
• A cook is available in all our properties.
• Please note that all the food is prepared fresh made to order. For any special requests please inform the previous day or at least a few hours in advance so that we can buy the ingrediants and prepare it fresh for you.
• Below are the food timings.

If you need us to make an exception to the timing, please inform in advance and we will try to accommodate.

Environment

• You have opted for a Polika property to unwind and enjoy nature and serenity. Please be mindful of this and ensure your neighbours within and outsie the property get to enjoy a peaceful environment.
• Please observe silent hours between 9pm to 7am. We love our early sleepers and late bloomers equally.
• Loud music is not allowed at any time.
• If you are listening to programs/music on your phone in any common space, please use a headphone.

Alcohol, Smoking

• Polika properties do not serve or allow alcohol.
• Smoking is not allowed within rooms.
• Smoking is not allowed in common areas in a way that can potentially disturb other guests.

Events

• Events, Photoshoots and any other special gatherings are to be conduucted within the time agreed to while booking.
• Rooms are not part of the events or photoshoots by default. If you need room(s), please explicitly include.
• If the event requires any decoration or setup, please coordinate and get approval from the property manager.

Pets

• Most of our properties are happy to welcome pets, but not all. Please check.
• Pet parents please ensure that your pets are not using the bed/sofa.
• We do not stock pet food. Please carry your own. Pets are welcome to share your food.

General

• Please keep your room secure, and lock doors and windows while leaving the room.
• Any illegal activity (like drugs, prostitution, gambling) will be reported immediately to law enforcement.
